central location vegan option gym equipment well-kept room
the location was great, central to the city's attractions and less than 15 minutes to tourist sites and the mekong river. the breakfast options included vegan and vegetarian choices, and the restaurant staff were helpful (i especially liked their attentiveness!). the gym was clean with free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, and machines. the rooms were well-kept too.

The gym had necessary equipment. It included a treadmill and weights. the breakfast was also great. i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and coffee! i liked the friendly staff. They were always willing to help with directions.

The room had a good size and was clean. Breakfast offered a good selection of items, I found it quite satisfying. The staff were friendly and helpful, a valuable asset to the hotel. WiFi worked well, I had no issues connecting.
The gym wasn't open early one morning. I wanted to work out before work.

I appreciate the friendly staff. They stayed up late for my check-in. the room was perfect and very clean when i arrived. the breakfast buffet had simple and nice options, it was very convenient. i found excellent value for the money spent.
the safe in the room was too small. i was unable to fit my laptop inside it for secure storage.

the unlimited filtered water was a blessing. i also found the power plugs near the beds useful, a small but vital detail. the bed was super comfy, so restful.
the breakfast buffet needed topping up more regularly, it was a little empty.

the super nice team with recommendations. i was checked in quickly after a sleeper bus arrived at 4 am. my room was perfect with a simple but nice buffet.
i noted some marks on the walls in my room, it could use a little freshening up.
