the location was great, central to the city's attractions and less than 15 minutes to tourist sites and the mekong river. the breakfast options included vegan and vegetarian choices, and the restaurant staff were helpful (i especially liked their attentiveness!). the gym was clean with free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, and machines. the rooms were well-kept too.

The room had a good size and was clean. Breakfast offered a good selection of items, I found it quite satisfying. The staff were friendly and helpful, a valuable asset to the hotel. WiFi worked well, I had no issues connecting.
The gym wasn't open early one morning. I wanted to work out before work.

I appreciate the friendly staff. They stayed up late for my check-in. the room was perfect and very clean when i arrived. the breakfast buffet had simple and nice options, it was very convenient. i found excellent value for the money spent.
the safe in the room was too small. i was unable to fit my laptop inside it for secure storage.

The hotel gym featured several machines. I saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes (I made sure to take advantage of them!). Breakfast included many options. Fresh fruits were available daily.

the unlimited filtered water was a blessing. i also found the power plugs near the beds useful, a small but vital detail. the bed was super comfy, so restful.
